KOZUCH – Helen, 92, Siemon’s Lakeview Manor Estate, Somerset, formerly of Jennerstown, died Nov. 30, 2015, at the manor. Born Nov. 29, 1923, in Yukon, Pa., daughter of John Sr. and Mary (Marcinowski) Kozuch. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Mary Kozuch, Katie Johnston and Stella Fleegle; and brothers, Joseph “Smokey,” Michael, John “Butch,” Frank and Walter “Curly” Kozuch. Helen was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Somerset High School. Along with her sisters, she had worked at the Acme factory in Latrobe during World War II. She was a longtime waitress for the former White Star Hotel in Jennerstown and Turillo’s Steak House in Jennerstown. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish. Helen had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a joke to tell. Viewing will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Mass will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at All Saints Chapel, Acosta, the Rev. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli, celebrant. Committal, Somerset County Memorial Park.
