Efrain Hernandez, 67, of Latrobe, died Sunday, May 1, 2016, at his home. He was born March 28, 1949 in Mocha, Puerto Rico, son of the late Jesus and Adriana (Roman) Hernandez. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Dene (Schilling) Hernandez; son, Rafael Hernandez, of Latrobe; sisters, Carmen Valeriano and Enaida Hernandez, and brother, Jesus Hernandez, all of Puerto Rico; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War where he was a medical corpsman . At Efrain's request, there will be no viewing or service.
