The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of David Hammer can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Donna, Carol, Susie, Mona and the rest of David's family, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Dave was also so nice and friendly to me and such a nice person. I never heard him speak an unkind word about anyone. He was always so busy with Meals on Wheels and his former bus driving that this took me completely by surprise. I continue to hold the whole family in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time in your lives.
