A 1995 graduate of North Star High School. Member of A.M.A. for 24 years and Jenner Township Baptist Cemetery Association. Co-owner and operator of Berkey Excavating, Inc. Achieved the Order of the Arrow and Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 144 and currently an Assistant Scout Master to Boy Scout Troop 325. Avid motocross racer and Co-Track Director at Johnstown B.M.X. Brad was the most amazing “hands-on” dad to his 3 beautiful children. The soul mate and best friend to his loving wife. They shared a life that most would call a fairy tale. He was a loving and hardworking son and brother who took pride working in their family business. Spike impacted countless lives and had a way of making everyone feel so special and important. He was a true gentleman. His hands were always dirty but his manners were so refined. A conversation was never complete without a “Yes sir” or a “Yes ma’am”. His racing legacy grew quickly and inspired riders and racers everywhere he went. He lives on in everyone who knew him. Please help to keep his memory alive by expressing extreme generosity, helping a friend in need and always putting the Lord and your family first. Viewing from 5-8PM Saturday and 2-4 & 6-8PM Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell. A motorcycle procession will escort Brad to the Field of Dreams on the Berkey Farm, Berkey Road, Boswell where a funeral service will be held 11AM Monday with Richard Ackerman and David Krouse presiding. Interment family cemetery. Friends and family are welcome to stay afterwards for food and fellowship at the home of Brad’s parents. Everyone is welcome. Pool will be open.
