SNOEBERGER – Donald G., 82, Windber, died July 1, 2017 at his home. Born April 28, 1935 in Jenners. Son of Thomas I. and Eva C. (Ardery) Snoeberger. Preceded in death by parents, sister Dolores M. Shumaker and brother Edward R. “Butch” Snoeberger. Survived by wife of 58 years June E. (Leventry) Snoeberger; children Brian K. married to Connie (Burkett), Windber; Rebecca D. Vanfossen, Johnstown and Donald G. II married to Diana (Lupton), Windber; grandchildren Aaron and Shawn Snoeberger, Paul Snoeberger, Eva, Michael and Annamae Vanfossen, Donald III and Dylan Snoeberger and Kyler Houser; 10 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. A U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Retired employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp., Johnstown. Member of Berkey Church of the Brethren, Windber. Former Boy Scout Leader for over 30 years. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in the pit crew for auto racing. A private family viewing and service will be held. Interment Berkey Cemetery, Windber.
