POPE – Michael F., Jr., 96, Penn Knoll Village, Bedford Co., formerly of Hollsopple, died April 10, 2018 at the village. Born November 22, 1921 in Acosta. Son of Michael and Marie (Puschnigg) Pope. Preceded in death by parents; brothers Robert and John and nephew Robin Pope. Survivors include sister-in-law Gloria (Rice), widow of Robert Pope, Fishertown; nieces Valerie Carthew and Paula Pope and several great nieces and nephews. Graduate of former Boswell High School and was a retired Jenner Township farmer. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service 1PM Friday at Jenner Crossroads Cemetery with Deacon Jay Pyle officiating.
