Riverside Club of Fort Myers will never be the same...Hal was so instrumental in his earlier years here, and he gave the more recent Boards so much support even though he didn't fully understand that things have changed a bit. He was also a wonderful role model of what a neighbor, friend and citizen should be. We thank him for his contributions over the years he lived here, for his friendship to us when we came here and -- most of all -- for his service to our country. He truly was a member of "The Greatest Generation." Rest in Honored Peace, Colonel.
