Adam L. Kerr
KERR – Adam L., 36, Ideal Park, died June 17, 2018 at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber. Born October 1, 1981 in Johnstown. Son of Jerry L. and Karen A. (McMonagle) Kerr. Preceded in death by grandparents Wilburne S. “Sonny” and Mary Ann (Miller) Kerr and Robert W. McMonagle. Survived by parents, Ideal Park; grandmother Marcia McMonagle, Davidsville; sister Shannon M. married to Jordan Lease, Hollsopple and their children Hudson and Willow Lease and many other extended family members. A 2000 graduate of Conemaugh Township Area High School. A member of the National Guard 104th Aviation Battalion, Johnstown. He was also called to active duty where he served in the U.S. Army in Kosovo. A Correctional Officer for SCI Laurel Highlands, Somerset. Adam was an avid outdoorsman, especially hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his lab, Timber. No viewing or service will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations in Adam’s memory may be sent to the Humane Society.
