Obituary for Terrance J. "Terry" Kaufman
KAUFMAN – Terrance J. “Terry”, 71, Jenner Township, died July 3, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born August 25, 1946 in Johnstown. Son of Wilton and Margaret (Kaufman) Kaufman. Preceded in death by parents and sister Mitzi Kaufman. Survived by wife of 44 years Nancy J. (Miller) Kaufman; sons Patrick I. married to Kayla (Ashbrook), Boswell and Seth A. married to Shaylyn (Manges), Boswell; grandchildren Leah, Emma, Andrew and Caleb Kaufman; brother-in-law Roy Miller, Davidsville; sister-in-law Roberta Wills, Johnstown and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A 1964 graduate of Jenner-Boswell High School. A graduate of University of Pittsburgh. A U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam War. Retired employee of Snyder’s of Berlin with over 30 years of service. Member of Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jennerstown; Stoystown Lions Club and Laurel Highlands Antique Power Club. Terry enjoyed being outdoors and collecting toy trains and antique tractors. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Visitation from 5PM until 8PM Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell. Funeral service 11AM Saturday at Laurel Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Will Foster presiding. Interment at a later date at Mt. Zion Cemetery with military honors. Donations in Terry’s memory may be sent to American Cancer Society, 1004 N. Juniata St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
