Rosemary M. "Rose"  Kaltenbaugh (Hockycko)
KALTENBAUGH – Rosemary M. “Rose” (Hockycko), 85, Hooversville, formerly of Jerome, died August 11, 2018 at Donahoe Manor, Bedford. Born April 14, 1933 in Johnstown. Daughter of Philip and Philomena (Komar) Hockycko. Preceded in death by parents, husband Albert F., Jr. on March 1, 1985, son Albert F., III; brothers Michael, Joseph, Frank, John and George and sister Ann Gregorich. Survived by son Gregory A. married to LeAnn (Panek) Kaltenbaugh, Boswell; daughter Valarie R. married to Leroy Smith, Hooversville; grandchildren Chad G. Kaltenbaugh married to Kelly (Miller), Stoystown and Cory A. Kaltenbaugh, Boswell; great-grandson Kyler J. Kaltenbaugh; step grandson Joshua L. Smith married to Sara (Sanner), Somerset; numerous nieces and nephews and special friend and caregiver Beth Peterman. A former employee of several local garment factories and a retired Certified Nurses Aide. Member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Davidsville and Jerome Nest 556 Polish Falcons. Rose enjoyed fishing, camping, building puzzles, singing songs, going to movies and long car rides. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a service will be held 11AM Wednesday with Rev. Peter Kaltenbaugh presiding. Interment Stahl Mennonite Cemetery, Soap Hollow. Donations in Rose’s memory may be sent to the Laurel Highlands Alzheimer’s Association, 317 Power St., Johnstown, PA 15906.
