Paul P.  Zborovancik
ZBOROVANCIK - Paul P., 79, Hooversville, died February 12, 2015 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. Born April 19, 1935 in Hooversville, son of Joseph and Anna (Matse) Zborovancik. Preceded in death by parents, brothers John, George, Frank and Joseph, sister Josephine Kounas, and grandson Cody. Survived by wife of 50 years Carol (Betts); children Annette married to Scott Tomko, Georgetown, DE; Paul J. married to Michele (Kelly), Hooversville and Colene married to Chris Domonkos, Hooversville. Grandchildren Jeremy and wife Anna, Brennan and fiancé Sara, Brayden, Kaylin, Ashley, Amber and Allie and several great grandchildren. Brother of Susan Hudak, Ann Ferko, Matilda Potochar, Steve and wife Shirl, Margaret married to Andrew Matey, Mike and wife Helen and Barbara married to Lloyd Manges. Also survived by sister-in-law Ida Zborovancik; brother-in-law Tom Kounas and numerous nieces and nephews. Retired postmaster for US Postal Service having served in Hooversville and Central City. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Hooversville. Paul was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish with his family. The family would like to thank the staff of Select Specialty for all their compassionate care. At Paul’s request a private family service will be held. Committal POS of A Cemetery, Hooversville.
