EDMONSON – Marilyn L. (Chishko), 84, Jerome, went to be with her Savior and Lord Jesus on June 27, 2016 at Windber Hospice. Born April 18, 1932 in Jeannette. Daughter of Louis B., Sr. and Evelyn G. (Seigfert) Chishko. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 53 years Donald Edmonson in 2003, son William Edmonson in 1978 and daughter Donna Fogie in 2013; sister Elnora Richert and brother David Chishko. Survived by daughter Diane married to Mark Rose, Central City and son Edward Edmonson, Sr. married to Miriam (Layton), Jerome. Grandchildren Laura married to Michael Timcik, Paul Tunstall, Jr., Philip Tunstall and wife Cassie, Andrew Tunstall, Clint Fogie, Danielle and husband Michael Petrosky, Sheena and husband Benjamin Scheffel, Michele Chapman, Ed Edmonson, Jr. and wife Alicia and Ashley Edmonson. 21 great-grandchildren Hannah, Mariah, Mitchel, Gabriella, Josiah, Samuel and Annabella Timcik, Peyton Tunstall, Audrey and Heath Tunstall, Clint, Jr., Joshua and Jacob Fogie, Felicity Petrosky, Ezekiel, Henry and Finleigh Scheffel, Caleb Edmonson, and Mattie and Olivia Chapman. Also brothers Louis Chishko, Jr, Donald and wife Betty Chishko, Richard Chishko, Samuel Chishko and sister Linda Reddy. Marilyn was a very active member of the former Jerome Lutheran Church, where she taught Catechism and Sunday School. Presently a member of Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship. She was a mighty prayer warrior whom you could count on to pray for you at any time. Her pride and joy were her great-grandchildren. A special thank you to the staff of Windber Hospice for all their loving care. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville. Viewing also from 10AM until time of service 11AM Friday at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship, 3429 Elton Road, Johnstown, PA 15904 with Rev. Gary L. Tustin presiding.
