FRITZ – Shirley M. (Adams), 75, Jenner Township, died March 7, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born December 13, 1941 in Jennerstown. Daughter of Willis E. and Ada P. (Gindlesperger) Adams. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 50 years, John D. on February 16, 2015; infant children Karen and Paul; grandson Cody Sarver; sister Ada Faye Sargent and brothers William and Earl Adams. Survived by children David Park and wife Joan, Burgettstown; Sharon and husband Tim Weaver, Windber and Nancy Fritz and husband Greg Fancher, Denver, CO; granddaughter Kayla Sarver; step grandchildren Tim Surap and Heather Richardson; step great grandchildren Elizabeth and Riley Richardson; sisters June married to Ronald Diehl, Boswell and Kaye married to James Maust, Jennerstown and numerous other friends and relatives including best friends Sandy and John Mattie, Gray. A 1960 graduate of former J.B.J. Joint High School, Boswell. Member of Zion Hoffman Evangelical Lutheran Church. Past employee of former Dorfman & Hoffman Garment Factory, Boswell. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a service will be held 10AM Friday with Pastor David L. Bowman presiding.
