Mary K.  Penner (Raudis)
PENNER – Mary K. (Raudis), 93, Hollsopple, passed away peacefully June 23, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side. Born January 3, 1924 in Clearfield County. Daughter of Pete and Antoinette (Kwopotz) Raudis. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 56 years Ellis D. “Babe” on July 4, 1997, son Larry, brother Joseph and sister Verna Greig. Survived by daughter Linda married to Fred Vitko, Hollsopple; grandson Dan Lafferty and wife Damie, Hollsopple; great-granddaughter Laci Lanne’ Lafferty and boyfriend Mike, Hollsopple and their pet dog and Mary’s companion Minnie; sister Nellie Kudasick, Cleveland, OH and numerous nieces and nephews including her special loving girls who helped her daughter Linda take care of her for many years at home. Retired employee of Johnny Jax Garment Factory, Hollsopple. A former member of Hollsopple Post 8861 VFW Auxiliary. The family would like to thank the staff at Interim Hospice for all their wonderful care and also Father Karl at Holy Family Church in Hooversville. Mary was a wonderful artist. She liked sketching and making stained glass. She also enjoyed sewing. She was much loved and will be missed dearly. Please, no tears. Remember her smile and beautiful blue eyes, her love for her family and flowers. At the request of Mary and the family, there will be no public viewing or service. Interment Custer Cemetery, Hollsopple. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Davidsville.
