Millard L. "Pete"  Peterson
PETERSON – Millard L. “Pete”, 82, Somerset, formerly of Boswell, passed away unexpectedly December 4, 2017 at his home. Born January 28, 1935 in Boswell. Son of Charles and Louise (Cholewa) Peterson. Preceded in death by parents; brothers Ray, Bob, Don and Richard Peterson and sister Helen Kaminski. Survived by children Vickie L. married to Don Yates, Parma, OH; Richard L. Peterson and wife Dolly, Schellsburg and Rodney M. Peterson and wife Dawna, Johnstown; sister Gladys Furman, Somerset; brother Dave and wife Doris Jane, Texas; grandchildren Brad and wife Erica; Courtney; Amber (Kevin) and Richard and wife Amy; great-grandchildren Caden; Logan and Jaylynn and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly. Millard was a retired Millwright for Bethlehem Steel Corp. Rod & Wire Division, Johnstown with 32 ½ years of dedicated service. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. No viewing or service. A private interment will be held at Jenner Crossroads Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Boswell.
