MAKAY, Joseph E., Jr., 81, Boswell, died December 15, 2017 at In-Touch Hospice House. Born December 14, 1936 in Hooversville. Son of Joseph E., Sr. and Mary (Matse) Makay. Preceded in death by parents, brothers, Steve and Mike and sister Shirley Miller. Survived by wife of 53 years, former Helen M. Wiencek; son, Joseph D.Makay, married to Teresa Baker and daughter Josephine, married to Scottie Moskey, both of Boswell. Retired employee of Boswell Lumber Company. An avid Steeler fan and deer hunter. Member of Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Joe will be sadly missed by family and friends. No visitation or service. Interment Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
