McGEE - Ronald E., 76, Davidsville, died July 21, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born May 2, 1942 in Altoona. Son of Merle E. and Anna R. (Salome) McGee. Preceded in death by parents and sister Patricia A. McGee. Survived by wife of 23 years Dorothy “Dee” A. (Chordas) McGee; son Brian K. married to Jeannie (Lucas) Lawrence, Windber; grandchildren Brody and Bailey Lawrence; brothers Pastor Merle W. married to Virginia Sue “Gyngr” (Shaw) McGee, New Florence; Dennis P. McGee and wife Joyce, Glenns, VA and Donald L. married to Patty (Rhoads) Croyle-McGee, Boswell; brother-in-law George Chordas and wife Louise, Easton; sister-in-law Catherine Lantzy, Port Orange, FL; uncle Richard McGee, Camp Hill and numerous nieces, nephews, good neighbors and friends. A 1960 graduate of Hollidaysburg High School. A graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Former Electrical Engineer for Penelec and former Vice President of Facilities and Planning for Crown American Corp., Johnstown. Retired Zoning Officer for Conemaugh Township. Member of Connumach Lions Club, Jerome Post 802 American Legion and Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 109 Church Road, Davidsville where a service will be held 11AM Wednesday with Rev. Fr. John Voytek, OFM Conv. presiding.
