CODISPOTI - Concetta L. (Tedesco), 89, Bronx, NY, passed away September 2, 2018 at Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, NY. Born March 9, 1929 in New York, NY. Daughter of Ignazio and Lucia (DiMeglio) Tedesco. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 52 years Anthony B. on December 25, 2003; brothers Joseph and Francesco Tedesco and sisters Lucy Landolfi, Anna Caraciola, Rose Lebeck, Bridgette Empey, and Carmela Putney. Survived by sons Michael J., NY, NY and Anthony J. and companion Madalyn Becker, Coral Springs, FL. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews as well as her caregivers, Natalie Scarlett, Najat Nuhu, Hannah Owusu-Adjei and Margaret Appiah. Concetta was an active member of St. Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church, Riverdale, NY. A member of Boswell Lodge 1780 S.O.I. and a retired employee of the billing department of Montefiore Hospital, Bronx, NY. She was an avid reader of literature, particularly mysteries, and a splendidly creative writer of short stories, entertaining family, friends and acquaintances. She was loved for her kindness, generosity and quick wit. Concetta derived her greatest joy from the company of her family and friends. Viewing from 9AM until 10:30AM Tuesday, September 11th at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell followed by a Funeral Mass at 11AM at All Saints Catholic Church, Boswell with Fr.
