PARUCH – Dave "Rudy", 66, Jenners, died December 29, 2018 at his home. Born August 3, 1952 in Johnstown. Son of Jozef Paruch and Ann (Horner) Paruch-Hart. Preceded in death by parents; sister Nancy Dittmer and her husband Jay and brothers Rusty Paruch and Daniel Hart. Survived by wife of 45 years Rosemarie (Layton) Paruch; children Credence Paruch, Melissa married to Christopher Sidari; Nachole married to Justin Black; Joseph Paruch and Holly married to Adam Ott; grandchildren Drake Sturtz; Kiley Sturtz; Joshua Black; Ian Black; Arianna Miller; Taylor Miller; Zander Rugg; Aria Ott and Autumn Ott; great-grandson Augustus Sturtz; brother Thomas Paruch and wife Shirley and sister Sharon married to Eric Crane. A 1971 graduate of Scotland School for Veteran Children, Chambersburg. Retired employee of North Star School District with 37 years of service. Rudy was an avid sportsman and member of Jenner Rod & Gun Club, Mountain Field & Stream and Quemahoning Rod & Gun Club. He was a Little League and Junior Legion baseball coach for 20 years. He was a gentle, kind and loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed gardening and making people smile; his laugh was contagious. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a service will be held 11AM Thursday with Pastor Michael A. Dunlap presiding. Growing up as a kid I used to hang out with his kids and stay the night with them He was such a kind loving person Him and rosemary both I always enjoyed talking to them he will forever be missed such a nice guy

we are sorry to hear of dave's passing you all are in our prayers . may the LORD be with you all during this sad time .. we knew him a long time , he worked with my hubsand bill miller and son inlaw clyde lepley jr . he will be missed a very nice man . GOD BLESS . the bill miller family and clylde lepley jr family .

Rose and children, I am so saddened to learn of Dave's passing. I worked with him my entire career and enjoyed his sense of humor, kind spirit, and willingness to listen to my complaining. My sympathy goes out to the entire Paruch family and I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Remembering the good times working with Rudy at the little league games he was a great coach.Also times we went camping up at Woodland.Going roller skating we have wonderful memories of a great guy A lot of fun with him and Rose and the kids.We will really miss him.Our sympathy goes out to the family Rip Rudy.
