Obituary for Lee A. "Mr. Lee" Manners

MANNERS – Lee A. “Mr. Lee”, 66, Somerset, died March 12, 2019 at In-Touch Hospice House, Somerset. Born September 30, 1952 in Johnstown. Son of Chester A. and Susan L. (Brant) Manners. Preceded in death by parents and an infant brother. Survived by the love of his life Darlene F. Shaulis; children Christopher and wife Gina and Justin and wife Roxanne, both of Latrobe and Tiffany married to Brad Reedy, Somerset; stepdaughter Nicole married to John Biagini, Wichita, KS and grandchildren Colton, Mercedes, Skyleigh, Starlyn, Tia, Madison, Preston, Jonathan, Matthew and Allyson. A 1970 graduate of Jenner-Boswell High School. Lee’s interest in the automotive field started while working in his father’s school bus business in Ferrellton. He then worked in service for various local auto dealerships and was head mechanic at Champion Christian School. He was passionate about auto racing, having served as crew chief, mechanic and builder for several local racing teams. Lee was also a ski coach for Special Olympics and a Boy Scout volunteer for many years. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell where a service will be held 11AM Saturday with Rev. Dale W. Stotler presiding.
