Mary V. Szewczyk (Cibo)
SZEWCZYK – Mary V. (Cibo), 91, Boswell, died Aug. 3, 2014, at Siemon’s Lakeview Manor, Somerset. Born Oct. 6, 1922, in Richmond, Va., daughter of Antonio and Elvira (Biattico) Cibo. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 61 years, Thadeus S. “Butch”; and brothers, Tony, John and Frank. Survived by sons, Thadeaus “Ted,” married to Tomalee Yoder, New Oxford, Pa.; and Anthony, Johnstown; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Weeks, Orlando, Fla.; and brother, Dominick, Richmond, Va. Mary was a member of All Saints Catholic Parish. Viewing will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held Wednesday evening. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at All Saints Church, Boswell, the Rev. Father Martin Cingle, celebrant. Committal, St. Stanislaus Cemetery. Memorials to All Saints Church, 325 Quemahoning St., Boswell, Pa. 15531, would be appreciated.
