DEIST – Shirley Fay (Klebonis), 83, Jenners, died Jan. 12, 2015. Born Dec. 17, 1931, daughter of the late Michael Sr. and Agnes (Lee) Klebonis. Survived by daughter, Carolyn, married to Jay Zimmerman; grandson, Chad Zimmerman; and brother, John Klebonis. Viewing will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service at noon Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, followed by private interment at Jenner Crossroads Cemetery. At Shirley’s request, please omit flowers, but say a prayer, light a candle or donate in her name to your favorite charity. Also visit hoffmanfuneralhomes.com.
