Obituary for Brenda K. Shroyer (Ream)
SHROYER – Brenda K. (Ream), 68, Jerome, died July 12, 2015, at her home. Born Oct. 29, 1946 in Johnstown, daughter of Drue R. and Nona (Kaufman) Ream. Preceded in death by parents; infant sisters, Marilyn and Judy; sisters, Janet Shaulis, Evalyn Johnson and Joan Evans. Survived by loving husband of nearly 50 years, David M.; daughter, Candace E., married to Ed Kamarra, San Antonio, Texas; son, William D., at home; grandson, Michael A. Kamarra; foster daughter, Glenda J. Witt-Biehl, Listie; and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Member of New Life Church of the Nazarene, Boswell. Past employee of the former White Star Residence, Jennerstown. She attended Hershberger family reunions at Laurel View Village. She enjoyed making and painting ceramics and spending time with her pet cats, Abby, Ashley and Casey. The light of her life was her grandson, Michael. A private viewing and service were held. Arrangements are by Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Boswell. Interment, Stahl Mennonite Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Brenda’s memory may be sent to New Life Church of the Nazarene, 878 Main St., Boswell, Pa. 15531.
