Obituary for Rosann C. Shaffer (Dull)
SHAFFER – Rosann C. (Dull), 79, Jennerstown, died Jan. 30, 2016, at home. Born Oct. 5, 1936, in Ligonier, daughter of Edward C. and Elsie Dull. Preceded in death by parents; husband of 54 years, Marlin L., on Oct. 12, 2010; and infant sister, Carolyn. Survived by son, Michael E., married to Pamela Landis, Jennerstown; daughter, Cathy A., married to Kevin Yoder, Jenner Township; beloved grandchildren, Jessica; Dalton; Craig, and wife, Devani; Neil; and Von; great-grandson, Trace; and brother, Edward, and wife, Nancy, Ligonier. Member of All Saints Catholic Parish. She enjoyed her time spent with Red Hat Society, Silver Sneakers and her bowling group. Rosann also cherished memories with family and friends. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hoffman Funeral and Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where vigil for the deceased will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Deacon Jay Pyle, officiating. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at All Saints Church, Boswell, the Rev. Monsignor Samuel J. Tomaselli, celebrating. Committal, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.
