LOHR – David A., 46, Jenner Township, died March 5, 2016, at JFK Medical Center, Edison, NJ. Born Oct. 4, 1969, in Somerset, son of Kenneth and Nancy (Bittner) Lohr. Preceded in death by grandparents, Mervin and Edythe Bittner; and Harry and Erma Lohr. Survived by parents, Somerset; wife of 25 years, the former Hollie M. Lisbon; son, Matthew, married to Heather Daly, Ralphton; daughters, Emily Lohr, Virginia; and Amanda Lohr, a student at IUP; mother- and father-in-law, Kathy (Dedik) and Roy “Butter” Lisbon, Jennerstown; and sister, Lisa, married to John Ferko, Shanksville, and their children, Tanner, Kaitlyn and Emma Ferko. Also survived by numerous others relatives and friends. Member of Jenner Rod & Gun Club. Dave was a 26-year employee of Freight Car America and formerly worked at the Johnstown Plant. Viewing will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 409 Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Pastor Wendy Henderson, officiating.
