WARE – Clyde I. “Nook”, 68, Stoystown, died September 5, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born October 22, 1947 in Somerset. Preceded in death by father Clyde H. Ware and father-in-law and mother-in-law Dow P. and Irma M. (Herr) Reed. Survived by mother, Hazel J. (Ginter) Ware, Stoystown; wife of 49 years Lorrie D. (Reed) Ware; son Shawn I. married to Beth (Tinkey) Ware, Rockwood; daughter Rebecca M. Ware and companion Chad Williams, Leesburg, FL; grandchildren Cheyenne and Savannah Ware and Hope and Edward Oaks; brother of JoAnnette Rosenbaum, Stoystown; Mark Ware and wife Janice, Friedens and Kyle Ware and companion Paula Knipple, Stoystown and numerous nieces and nephews. A 1966 graduate of Forbes High School. Owner and operator of Blue Bell Auction and Ware Transportation. Member of Somerset Ambulance Association, where he served as treasurer, and Stoystown Volunteer Fire Dept. He was a jack of all trades but especially enjoyed spending time restoring automobiles. He also enjoyed time with his grandchildren, traveling to Florida and being with his pet dogs. Clyde was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. Friends received from 9AM until time of service 11AM Thursday at Friedens Lutheran Church with Pastor Edward DeVore presiding. Inurnment Lambertsville Cemetery at a later date.
