Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Paul Horwat can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Glenn Boyd

I first met Butch on a train,3day ride, from Pittsburgh to San Antonio,Texas in Nov.1956.We spent 8 weeks together and we just bonded for some reason.I remember the last time together,we were in our dress blues,as we waited for the busses that would take us to our speciality training bases.I stayed in contact with Butch over the years,I was living in Calif. On moving back to Pa in the early 2000’s I visited Butch in Jerome,we were to get together again, but it never happened.RIP Butch!
