The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Julius Salvia can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I have been at the VA for almost 10 years. I could always count on Jules to bring a huge smile to my face. No matter how my day was going, I would see him driving through the halls cheering up everyone that he came into contact with. I would find myself seeking him out to bring a smile to my face on rough days. He will be missed greatly in our facility but I know he will always remain in our hearts and in our hallways in spirit. Thank you Jules for living life to the fullest until God called you home.
